We get it. Site fees. Maintenance costs. Empty months. The stress of managing bookings, cleaning, guest problems—all while trying to enjoy your own holiday home.
That's why we started Caravan Holidays North Wales. We're not a big agency. We're Chris and Vicky—caravan owners ourselves—who built this company to help owners like you cover site fees and actually earn from your caravan, without the headache.
We've been where you are. We understand the pain points. And we built our service around solving them.
We handle everything so you don't have to. Here's what that means:
Marketing & Bookings
Guest Communication & Support
Cleaning & Changeovers
Owner Reporting
Key Access & Compliance
We're caravan owners. We get the stress.
Tell us: your park, caravan details (sleeps, pets, WiFi), and your goals. We'll tell you if we're a good fit.
We confirm proof of ownership, insurance, and that your park allows subletting. This protects you and us.
We build or improve your listing with strong photos, clear house rules, and owner-friendly policies.
We manage enquiries, calendars, guest messages, deposits, and check-in info. You start earning.
We adjust pricing, fill gaps, manage changeovers, and send you clear monthly statements.
Everything you need for a professional, guest-ready operation:
We keep it simple:
Want a realistic earning estimate? Tell us your park, caravan type, and which months you want to rent. We'll show you what you could earn.
We focus on North Wales coastal holiday parks, including:
Not listed? Ask anyway. If it's a good fit, we'll manage it.
To protect you, your caravan, and your guests:
Do I need permission from my holiday park to rent out my caravan?Yes. Most parks have rules around subletting. We'll confirm permission before we proceed.
Who pays for cleaning? The owner typically pays (we coordinate the cleaner and changeover). Costs are usually £35–£40 per changeover.
Who handles guest messages and problems? We do. We manage all guest communication before, during, and after the stay, and we aim to respond within 1 hour.
What happens if guests damage my caravan? We use deposits and clear house rules. If there's damage, we help manage deductions in line with your booking terms.
Can I still use my caravan for my own holidays?Absolutely. You can block dates for personal use, and we'll work around your availability.
How do you set prices? We use data-led pricing based on seasonality, demand, local events, weather patterns, and comparable listings to maximise your occupancy and revenue.
How quickly can you onboard my caravan? If you have documents ready and good-quality photos, onboarding can happen within days.
Do you manage keys and check-in?Yes. We provide guests with check-in information and coordinate access details as part of the service.
If you're looking for a caravan management company in North Wales that's responsive, transparent, and genuinely hands-on—because we're caravan owners too—let's talk.
Next step: Send us your park name, caravan sleeps, pet policy, and whether you offer WiFi. We'll tell you if we're a good fit and give you a free earning estimate.
